At MR LOIBA, we stand behind every piece we create. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging.
Tags must be attached.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

• Gift cards

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please email us. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
